Summer Fishing League Rules

Points are accumulated though out the season. Points are award for fish caught. A fish must be over 36 inches in length to qualify. A 36 inch fish is 10 points. Fish are measured to the nearest half inch, but it must be over so measurements are rounded down. Example a fish over 42-1/2 is 16-1/2 points.  A picture of the fish caught on a board must be submitted to the email address for verification. The fish must be on the board with head touching the upwards panel or zero mark and tail towards the higher numbers. Angler should be behind the board so he/she is recognized and the fish is clearly viewed. I must be able to see fishes nose touching upward panel and tail at measurement to be accepted. If a photo is submitted and the length cannot be clearly viewed the fish will be ruled to be 36 inches and 10 points will be awarded.

A $50 dollar donation to Twin Chapter Stocking program must be made to qualify for cash prizes. Donation can be made at any time during the season. Only fish caught after donation is made will qualify. Donation can be made on the Twin Cites Chapter of Muskie Inc  website or can be mailed to Greg Kappes 4948 Vinehill road Deephaven MN 55331.

Cash prizes will be paid to the top two finishers. If there are 15 or more  participants the top three places will be paid.

You do not have to start at specified time but only fish caught between specified times will count. Any cheating reported or observed may result in league disqualification.

In the case of a tie the most fish submitted will be the first tie breaker. The longest fish will be the second tie breaker. The first fish caught will be third tie breaker.

You must be a paid up member of the Twin Cites chapter of Muskies Inc. to qualify

If you have not made a $50 donation you can participate in the fishing league but will not qualify for cash prizes.
